100% job security and working evrionment also so friendly. Management also not not give over presure to employees. For freshers this is very good company and even exp people also enjoy their work here.

The company is not a good place to work when it comes to Management. when a company director involves being a vice president who involves in taking interview for Servicedesk roles and monitoring CCTVs of employees instead of focusing on the growth of the company which is a shame I hate being a part of the team I only reason I was there due to a pandemic situation I have no other choice this company pays off my least bills.

Job security is not there whenever management decides to layoff an employee they do in the spot without any prior notice there are no disciplinary policies the policies only exist in offer letters they can change the terms and conditions anytime. last-minute meetings are conducted no matter what situation you are you are threatened to join or else you lose the job, sick leaves have to tell management in advance in order take leave who on the earth expects a sick a day before. employee has no right to say or comment on employee benefits.

There are many things that i don't like about this company and few of these are mention below 1. No cab facility for the employee 2.No polices are follow in this company 3.Any employee can terminated any time without providing any valid reason 4. Management is too pathetic and they take really irrational decisions
