There are many employees working here from very long time. might be from start of this organisation. So, they treat new employee as outsiders. there is no chance that they would accept us or no way that they would provide business knowledge by any chance. I worked here 2 major project in this company. faced the same issue.

Everything here is a politics, specially HR and managers we don't know when they will remove you for there personal reasons, being an employee should not ask or raise their voice should go as per managers wish and that will also implemented and followed by Hr people . many got terminated with out any reasons.
