Absolutely Nothing. Joke of a company run by joke of a management.

Dislikes

Salary is super low, they hire interns and freshers and expect thm to perform like top professionals. Hire and fire policy followed at an unethical scale. Salary is always delayed and the management is completely rude and unprofessional. No incentives or performance bonus. Not recommended to anyone looking to start their career. Stay away from company politics when you start.

1.6 years bond, if you break bond then you have to pay 1.2 lakh to company which company spent on you during the internship and one cons is that only 2nd and 4rth Saturday off.

Bad working environment. No fixed working hours. Forced to work more than 9 hours. Salary always delay and if you ask for salary they humiliate and might fire you on the spot. Very bad politics within organization. They force employees to rate company for improve rating. All 5 stars are given by there current employees. Very bad product.

Most of the staff is new and young so the overall energy in the office is good.

Dislikes

The company does not care at all about their employees and only the employees in marketing or sales are treated appropriately... All the other tech staff is very under-appreciated.
