It is nice to work in Islamic University of Science and Technology due to the good working atmosphere and friendly behaviour from administration staff. However, I regret to inform you that there is no longer chance for the growth in my job.

The opportunity to work with potentially the best students. I loved channelizing the hidden talent.

The work ethic and culture is highly disruptive and inconducive that debars young minds (both in students and in faculty) from reaching their best capacities. [Deparent of English]

There is only corruption ,I have been dropped two times from the selection list of Assistant professor (substantive) positions , even after after coming at top 3rd position in the merit list , also faced the interview very nicely , I was dam sure I got the substantiative position , when the results have been declared , they selected the candidate which were at 24th , 28, 32, 35th position in the merit list, also while gaining the info. From various sources the experts who were in the selection panel were pre-booked. Such a worst university I have never come across in my life . The Vc's who are running the university belonging are mostly corrupt.
