I have been working for Isha Life Health Solutions for more than a year in the backend. Prior to that was working for Isha Foundation. Feeling blessed in this friendly working organization and a very good learning environment. I have learned new skills. I have been able to expand my horizon. The organization has been very supportive throughout my pregnancy and after that for my childcare. They take personal interest in me and offer support.

* The services which we offer here are unique and it is very much supportive for the people. * The teammates are very friendly and down to earth * I do get enough training in all aspects even helps in my personal life and I feel secure while working here.

No job security,poor work-life balance,no professionalism, looking at the work from a religious/spiritual point of view, rigid rules, very demanding,not respecting the personal belief system of employees
