a)No leave ( if asking to boss it's crime in isgec). b) No time limit peoples are working here more than 12 hrs. c) Sunday's 1/2 day working. d) for promotion has to be wait 09 years. Totally working at isgec is very worst and horrible.

best future of company.. a big growth and big manufacturers but very bed as workman level salary.. a best opportunity for freshers and excellent future and salary for company staff.. for eg(supervisor, engineer, manager) Hindi comments : Jo isgec me chal gya wo sab jagah chal gya. sikhne ko bahut hai but salary level very low👎👎👎

HR team is inactive. Appraisal and increment is poor. No extension letter being issued. Quality control is very poor. HO management is not so interested in project online asking money from client.

As per current situation getting salary on time same like a government employee is a big dream to every Engineer. Isgec is the platform which gives salary by last day of every month without fail. Money solves everything. This is what every ememployee needs. And every Sunday is a half day Or full day off depends on the site condition.

Dislikes

Higher management needs to support the site staff and listen to the site problems. They support more to the sub contractor than their own site staff. This one is the only cons I have observed.
