Since it’s a startup, there’s huge scope to learn new things, but comes with a lot of pressure. Great autonomy to leaders to steer their teams.

iSchoolConnect is focused on fulfilling students' ambitions of studying abroad and having a better career. Employees and Customers are at the center of this business. It has a cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology stack. iSchoolconnect provides a flexible working environment. Employees are eager to learn and collaborate with each other.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike about. It is fast growing organization in fast fast-moving education technology space, with it's own challenges. Suitable for people who are self starters and eager to learn.

The company has nothing good left to talk about. The processes are crap. The organization and its pillars do have direction or clarity. Employees do not get any benefits, incentives, or bonuses for a job well done. The appraisals offered to the employees are really bad. Employees do not get the raise they deserve for all the hard work and the long hours spent to make this company work and function. Employees are not given the due respect they deserve.

I wonder how this company is still afloat. The product team and the CTO seem to be the only sensible people doing sensible work. Otherwise, the rest of the senior leadership seems clueless. They recklessly spend money on their whims and fancies.... oh, and the CXOs' US trips. The least is spent on employee welfare. They boast of a good work culture and work-life balance but underneath, there's a lot of micro-management and ignorance of boundaries.
