I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nothing ..its one of the worst place to work with..ISBM-KOLKATA..I will recommend not to join...

Training was pathetic it's only 2 to 3hrs training session but trainer is not aware about the products and process, their is no working hours except few employees.. They used abusive language during one is to one meeting.. They have some pets.. Only they can survive.. High level of partiality & politics. In One word Isbm-kolkata is not at all right place to join..
