Already lot of targets and pressure on traniees in probation period and pay is so low like 9k which makes very difficult to survive in life especially in night shift.

I am working here for almost 1 year. One of the director of Irvine is our mentor and an excellent person. Always helps the whole team with every knowledge and skills he got. A great place to learn about SEO and content marketing.

The salary should be more as per the company standard. The management is transparent but I felt they could have done better.

ITS a WORST Experience of My life .I have WORKED FOR 2 mONTHS and the didnt give my salary .The Owner Ashu , Ridhi, Sahil, All Are very Bad .Even people have to work for 12 hour per day compulsory. Even the SALARY also Not on time. Every Month of End Salary Given By them .

...meone in the most unprofessional way is the reason for bad ratings I have given. I was not given any compensation, salary for the date I have worked and no notices of the intimation. I was told verbally to leave without settling the dues and experience certificate. later, when I contacted the management which is in Noida they were unaware of the termination. finally, after much persuasion, I got my salary after 15 days which was pending until my last working day. I got my experience certificate after 2 months and therefore delayed my recruiting process. if the review has some value, I can provide details a few more employees who suffered worst than me. they are also the victims of the company.

Actually this company kolkata branch totally operation stop from April and now company totally shutdown in kolkata brunch. but Delhi branch operation till on going
