... (5) Let's talk about favoritism and appraisals. Last year, their HR manager Ms. Pooja Agarwal received 25% appraisal and the best part- she also begged to got her variable component removed from her salary structure. Similarly, this year, the HR executive Preetha Nair received 25% appraisal. All this because, both of them were referrals of Shumeet. Now you see these clowns and their biasness? All other employees are suffering because of 10% salary deduction and here these people are enjoying their full salary. Will make anyone's blood boil. (6) There is another individual (wont name him) in the vendor catalog team. This guy resigned twice in last 2 years and received appraisal both the times. The second time he has also been promoted to Assistant Director. Ofcourse we all know the favoritism reason. BUT, the bizarreness doesn't ends here. Read this interesting story- one fine day this gentleman was sitting on the official video call with one his woman team member, and on the video call this gentleman was sitting "shirtless" and smoking a cig. Ofcourse a complaint was raised by that woman candidate. Fast forward today- that woman candidate has been terminated from the company and this gentleman got promoted to Assistant Director with 30% appraisal. Dear IRON SYSTEMS, this is the lowest you guys can stoop to. If the Rock bottom has a basement, that's where you guys reside. (7) I'm working as a Program Manager and I can tell you, their BITO business has taken a big hit and is at the lowest in terms of revenue as of today. They do not have any money to pay your salaries, so think 1000 times before joining. Bulk terminations are going on currently. (8) Do not join if they offer you Technical PM or Data center position by naming a big client name. That domain and client is fake and your life will be ruined doing just support and calling stuff. (9) The managers and leaders here do not know how to talk to their team members. Most of them you will find shouting and insulting on their subordinates. (10) If that was not all, the leave policy is one of the crazy in this company. They provide total 17 annual leaves (12 EL + 5 SL). Out of this, it is MANDATORY to apply atleast 12 leaves during the year end closure days, which are the compulsory company shutdown days. If you do not have that much balance by the end of the year, you have compulsorily remain on leave without pay and get your salary deducted.
