No double pay on Independence day or any other holidays HR do the wrong commitments and forcing you to join. All high ratings are fake. Salary compensation is quite good, it's WFH Job, so you’ll manage well your daily life.

No Policies, No HR, No ethics. If you are a performer be ready to work for 3 more people bcz who are not working they are just sitting idle, with uneven work distribution. No carrier growth. No RnR No learning/education/rewards No Leave Policy is one of the best things about this company. They provide 12 leaves annually and at the end of the year there are 11 days of unpaid shutdown. Salary transfer in account on timely manner. Work culture is also good. If you actively participate and get appreciations from client then you will get incentives that will directly impact on your promotion.
