... for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7. No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. They have more expenses moreover they don't stop to open new branch. 10 Expenses they reduce is in stationary items. 11. After completing probation period, they delay the employees confirmation. 12. Employee engagement is not their part. 13. Because of not having proper strategy and departments the clients are losing their money.

For new, nothing there to like about

Dislikes

Deducting half day salary when we come late even for 10 mins Late credit salary for people on probation No Saturday off No leaves in probation even for emergency cases or it will be unpaid leave No good incentives
