1. Toxic culture 2. Not transparent even with the manager level 3. Candidates are selected with other qualifications and don't give time to learn about their job 4. HR is not for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7.No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. They have more expenses moreover they don't stop to open new branch. 10 Expenses they reduce is in stationary items. 11. After completing probation period, they delay the employees confirmation. 12. Overall Great Experience. The platform is good for improving sales skills and gaining knowledge about study and migration. The staff is supportive and contributing positive work environment.

Dislikes

Saturday off or half-day is a drawback. Some flexibility in the work schedule would enhance work life balance. 😍😍

I have completed here only 5 months and still i learn alot's of things and my manager and coworkers are very supportive. I am very glad to be employee of this company. Environment is very good and i gained enormous knowledge in the relevant field.

Only thing I dislike is working 6 days a week, with Sunday off, work-life balance is not possible. They should start 5 days working with 9-hour shifts.
