I have nothing to say good about this company. I have worked for many companies, and this is the most insecure and useless company I have ever worked for. I would not recommend the company to anyone to join hoping for a career.

1. Toxic culture 2. Not transparent even with the manager level 3. Candidates are selected with other qualifications and don't give time to learn about their job 4. HR is not for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7.No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. They have more expenses moreover they don't stop to open new branch. 10 Expenses they reduce is in stationary items. 11. After completing probation period, they delay the employees confirmation. 12. Only thing I dislike is working 6 days a week, with Sunday off, work-life balance is not possible. They should start 5 days working with 9-hour shifts.
