Not only there is career development plan for employees, during pandemic, no salary deductions, layoffs or appraisal cancellation happened. In fact bonus were given, salary appraisals were very good [as compared to market] for deserving candidates and promotions were also given. In addition to monetary benefits, during pandemic all kinds of medical facilities were provided including vaccination, oxygen cylinders, information related to seats availability in hospitals, etc. For associates who lost their lives during these difficult times, IRIS provided monetary support for the family to help them to some extent.

Dislikes

IRIS is still a developing ecosystem so there are scope of betterment in terms of policies.

An offer good hikes and package, work culture is decent, actually depends on client.

Dislikes

If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.

Work life balance is good. Company helps employee to upskill themselves. Policies are good. No micromanagement.

Dislikes

Company helps to upskill but don't provide enough opportunity to implement that. Salary bracket is average company should take care of existing employees. Employees sometime don't get enough opportunity to work on new tech stacks.

Good company to work for. Good environmental and culture. technologies are new. Gives chance to learn new things. Proper training sessions are conducted every month.

Yearly Compensation hike has reduced considerably. little or no on-site opportunities.
