Good work environment, facilities and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and defferent works.there is a more transfer in all india project in short time and family life is disturb that's reason.

All teammates are very supporting, responsible work life no place for careless and negligence , Excelent place for improve your Technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced, timing of of work is not set and salary is not satisfactary.

...learn. Secondly, you have job security as long as you don't want to work at all. You have a decent salary after the recent pay revision but PRP is below par (on an average scale).

I have come across ill practices by the majority of employees which cant be accepted by anyone who wants to work with integrity & ethic. If you don't indulge in to it, be ready to face consequences like poor appraisals, transfers etc. Favouring the contractors/service providers or in simple terms working for the contractors rather than for the organisation/client by many are a big negative side I even cant digest. I don't feel most of the colleagues are supportive, often most experienced (in the company) people here are always having some agenda and backstab for their advantage. Appraisal as I said, if you are ready to go with the flow, you will be too good to go else ready to face challenges. Work-life balance is horrible as you often have to churn out 10-11 hrs that too without any additional earnings. The management expects you to be available 24x7 over Whatsapp groups. Office facilities & guest houses etc are below PAR.

The organisation hold a good experience in construction for building the bridges ,tunnel ,railway tracks etc. but its senior employee does not appreciate the junior in training period

It is a very Good Organisation for those employees who r appointed on regular or having pay scale basis but they demoralise Or abuses the contract employee

No job security for contract employee.very bad culture and behaviour for contract employee.All permanent employee behave like i am not a employee behave like servent.
