Self learning could be done. Work environment is good. Team mates provide good knowledge and even the superiors.

...e satisfaction as they only need work to be done even at urgency of an employee. Salary or appraisal is just for the name. Work-life balance is worse as no adherence to timings and no employee satisfaction. Even calls to office on Sundays. Only in time is fixed , no out time.

This Company Works With the Free Brain, The work You are doing, Every Last 05 Dayes MIS is how much work you done, if you score More Then 80% you have a good job if it this consistent For three Month, then a Reward is also Given, Which I Have Received Three Times a Year, the Company Also Provides the cost of Children's education,

Everything is fine in this Company, Here the Salary is Being Stopped by more then 15 Dayes,

The company has huge warehouses and big clientson which company is running.

The company have not a single landline phone in branches they have not a good system.Not hiring right people for their business they are do not want to invest into new clients so there is no growth in the cimpany and job is not sevcure.

IRC is a good and well organised NGO apart from some its staff do not follow its policy while implementing its activities

Dislikes

IRC Burundi does not offer certificates of attendance to conducted trainings and and does also provide education opportunities to their staff. Moreover, recruitment process sometimes are based on the ethnicity.
