Toxic Work Environment. Politics is common for getting promotion. Lack of communication between management and employees. HRs are present to serve management rather than employees (who need them)

The people are very supportive and the leadership will hear out your concerns and try to be as open as possible

...ucracy and red tape to get anything done is a lot and so takes a very long time. Salary is okay but not highly competitive

... the management is transparent. There is cafeteria and gaming room for chilling. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
