Easy to get work-life balanced in this company . They will give a good salary and appraisal. From the career growth point of view ...there is less opportunity here. There is one innovation lab is there for IT guys where you can provide your ideas and it will get promoted if it finds effective.there is very less onsite opportunity.

Work wise it will be normal. Salary is not upto market standards but you can negotiate. Office hours and work life balance are flexible.

Less to learn depends on project. Rigourous work with same activities. Office politics as usual.

...od, you will find many people working for 5+ or 10+ years in the same company. Career hierarchy growth and compensation growth is average but not bad too. Learning new skills opportunity are also average but not bad. Otherwise rest all benefits are good. Good company to work for long time and retire.

There is no as such work pressure.

Very low standard company, they give only 40-50 percent of annual bonus/variable. I got very high ratings still got only 40%. There is no hierarchy in management. No parties, No gifts, No appreciation. No holiday on National Holidays as well.

Salary is good when you join from other companies. Do ask for 100% hike. They will give you if you have talent. But don't depend on hikes and promotions

Work Life Balance is not at all great. It all depends on which team you work. But not great in most teams
