Worst work culture, I must say Toxic culture. People asked to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any benefit. No Clarity or direction for the company right now. Random Lay offs

No Motivation, No appreciation for your work overtime nothing No Work Life Balance Promotion , Appraisal purely on favoritism Leadership are not enough capable to treat everyone equally. Pure Biasness and favoritism

Some employees are really helpful. Salary is according to market standards.

Toxic Work Environment. Politics is common for getting promotion. Lack of communication between management and employees. HRs are present to serve management rather than employees (who need them)

The people are very supportive and the leadership will hear out your concerns and try to be as open as possible

...ucracy and red tape to get anything done is a lot and so takes a very long time. Salary is okay but not highly competitive
