They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Toxic Work Environment. Politics is common for getting promotion. Lack of communication between management and employees. HRs are present to serve management rather than employees (who need them)

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall employee growth plan, no such thing exist in IQVIA. No pay parity (they will hire any junior with no solid educational background from outside and pay them more than you (just because they will use polished vocabulary)
