Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

salary is decent and you get into a comfort zone if you dont raise your voice. If you are a bootlicker you will get opportunities and promotions. if you are liked by the CEO you will get more benefits and priviledges.

the entire organization is run by uncles and nephews and neices and people who are the owners favourite. the relatives and friends get promotions and others are given peanuts. the toxicity is on another level and your efforts are not valued at all. They let go of good peopl and are extremely extremely extremely biased. I have never seen a more biased and characterless management in my life
