used to be a good digital marketing agency with some great leaders. current leadership is not up to the mark they have turned the culture toxic and negative. leadership lacks domain knowledge but experts at playing politics. there is a bad culture of gaslighting and throwing people under the bus. lot of casual racism towards off shore employees but no policy to deal with it. they exploit people to such an extent their mental health is destroyed. some vanished overnight and suffering mental breakdowns. call themselves 'data driven' but its mainly a SEO agency. 10+ yrs old products still not profitable. They get their $$$ from banks who have deep pockets and poor understanding of digital. they oversell impossible targets to earn revenue and then blame the delivery team if they are not met. company has no proper cafeteria, no events or fun activities, everything is cost cutting but it is certified great place to work which is a sham.

Toxic culture and subtle racism against Indian employees which is ignored by CEO and senior leaders (who are also Indian) 4. Weak hiring policies and Some recent senior hires do not even have basic communication skills. 5. Management in India has no clue what they're doing. 6. Sub standard office facilities and bad location in Bangalore.

Culture and strictly they following there value system. Skill development is always on top. People are extremely friendly. All managers, CEO are chill. At least they want the work done. Product is building up so building it from scratch is an awesome experience. If you over work and HR comes to know then they will question about why exceeding the 40hrs limit. All these experiences are my personal because of a awesome manager.

They don't pay enough money but will want you to work all day. They also stopped their kudos rewards of meagre 500 rupees. You will find no motivation to work. You can get promotion not because of your work but because of you know what. Such companies should never get good places to work award. Regret time over there.
