I didn't Like anything in my time-period. The worst decision of my life was to join iQuanta.

... know how to treat employees. Take it just for granted that employees are slave. No fix structure for salary and no casual leaves and even 1 leave for Diwali, what can you expect from this type of company. On, the name of education just running a business which is exploiting employees life too. 7 days are proper working. Even they will eat your Sunday too. My 6 months at iQuanta were the worst.

Its just a fake company run by freshers with no corporate experience. The workplace is unfair in pay, unprofessional and managers abuse people as and when they please. They terminate people seasonally when they have no business and play with people like they are nothing. They also scam students with unfair practices.

The place has a really bad culture and they dont even give salaries on time. Sometimes even getting a salary is a tough task. The company is not stable and HR are just pawns of higher management. Most of the people are freshers with no professional experience

Hated everything. As a woman they dont treat you fairly and most of the people are either fools or creeps

Working at iQuanta has been an incredible journey and especially rewarding experience for me. iQuanta is a place where innovation meets education and everyone is here to dedicated to work for that motto. Everyday I am surrounded with a team of individuals who are passionate about their job and helps each other out. iQuanta has really helped me to see myself growing as proud professional and a person. The work here is incredibly exciting and challenging but with the work culture and life balance is undoubtedly really supporting so every task becomes fun. And of course, if i talk about fun, every Friday there is Fun-Friday event in the office which really keeps everyone on the toe and win the event for rewards. Overall, I am really thankful and proud to be the part of iQuanta's family.

You can't dislike a place where everyone is helping and helps you to grow individually as a professional and as a person.

The organization is people-centric and driven by high work standards and morals, anyone who appreciates challenging work and is capable will respect the organization. If you are passionate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then you will for sure love working here.
