Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary and Bonus Structure: One of the things I dislike about working at Iqra Technology is the salary and bonus system. Employee do not receive their full salary directly, as it is tied to a bonus structure. Even a minor mistake can lead to losing the entire bonus, and taking even a single leave results in deductions from both the salary and the bonus. 2. Fine and Absent Mark Policy: Another concern is the fine and Absent Mark Policy. If an employee does not deliver their tasks on time, they are fined or marked as absent until the work is completed, which can feel very strict demotivating.

While I generally enjoy my work at Iqra technology, like any workplace, there are always areas for improvement. for instance, I believe there could be more streamlined communication Processes to enhece collaboration across teams. However, I appreciate the company's commitment to continuous improvement, and I'm confident the such areas can be addressed constructively.
