Worklife balance is very good here, Iqgateway will not promote stretching work hours and work on weekends. For a beginner, you can learn here new things as well as experiment it by implementing it. Its a work from home opportunity.

Pay is less, The hike depends on performance max is 30-35%. After learning about the project there is nothing new to learn, feels like doing the same thing again.
