low pay lot of work pressure , working late upto 8 pm is normal here. no transport . head of dept has no knowledge . he expects miracles in work, he is a charlatan. he manages to fool everyone while at work . we need a new hod

I don't have any training to develop our career and the management is very irresponsible for our requirements no .p.f .it is like a property company not an MNC company.there is absolutely no guarantee of job.

No compensation,no growth and high work pressure,no manager will support even we got recognize by client.

Its a common drawback in any construction or consulting company is to get a better accommodation for the people who are deputed at site. Rest is good.
