Job security is treated as an afterthought, and employees are left to fend for themselves in an environment where the HR department exists only to serve the CEO and management. The toxic leadership and complete lack of support for employees create a deeply frustrating and hostile workplace.

Being part of a fintech company allowed me to work on impactful projects like 'Tutelar,' a fraud prevention tool, which gave me the opportunity to solve real-world problems. The collaborative culture, where ideas were valued and teamwork was encouraged, helped me grow both technically and professionally. I also enjoyed the fast-paced nature of the work, which challenged me to continuously learn and adapt.

Poor management with no real roadmap of product development. Lack of resources lead to delay in readiness of project. Untimely layoff is frequent in this organisation.
