The toxic leadership and complete lack of support for employees create a deeply frustrating and hostile workplace.

The collaborative culture, where ideas were valued and teamwork was encouraged, helped me grow both technically and professionally. I also enjoyed the fast-paced nature of the work, which challenged me to continuously learn and adapt.
