Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company.
