Accounts department. Ex. without consent of employee, salary will be deducted for charities. No insurance for family. All policies of HR are not known to any employee and is hidden. No transparency. discrimination among employees.

The company has tendency to delay salary payments. It's advisable not to trust verbal assurance, given the general understanding that promises may not always be fulfilled. be prepared for unforeseen surprises and ensure that any commitments made IPE are documented, either on paper or through email, even after joining. Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company.

IPE provides best work life balance for its employees. If employees wanted to join this will be the best employeer seeking work life balance with good salary.

It's fixed term employment as the days passes you need to get jump into other employer.

Appreciation is head office is good, head office culture is very good

Otherwise project area experience like management is poor, HR response is very late, consultant salary is delay, and promotion or shifted other projects is not good.
