Fraud company, firing at anytime. No guarantee u will get salary after doing job. Like with me, they did not pay me 3 months salary and when i asked then they warn to spoil carrier. Beware of such fraud companies.

Dislikes

...owards their employees. They'll offer you accommodation and it will be pathetic. Don't fall for the package they are offering you as they know they don't have to pay you all that, because they can fire you at any time. This company will cost you your mental peace, there are no Sundays, there's no appreciation and lastly there's no growth. As many people think after joining this organization they'll be able to make a greater impact in politics or learn about it. Oh the horror, you'll be left doing the operational things and redundant work.

No dislikes about I-PAC truly speaking...all seniors are good mainly seniors never disutilised his post & position.All are educated & honest.Behaviors of seniors is like elder brother.still want to work with this company till my rest life.

Nothing, work is informal ,and people will treat you like animals, as happens with laboureres or workers, don't have formal work culture.

Dislikes

They layoff just without notice, like setting a sudden meeting, and telling you, you need to resign or we will terminate you, they don't even give you a day. Resign immediately. Like what is this, why did you hire in the 1st place without any thoughts, and suddenly mass laying off, instant decisions , changing every 15 days, as if no plan of recruitment and playing with people's lives. No job training for new people, they just give you something and you just do, no proper setup , nothing. There is zero learning in your job, only skill you learn is event management, or how to get job done from others , nothing more PK burns all the money for his campaign from the money that he gets from all campaigns and projects

If you are a boot licker, you raise in ranks very fast. No pros working in IPAC

Dislikes

It's parallel bureaucracy. Whoever you are you should follow someone who joined the company before you. Even if you are an IIM graduate, you need to work under people who aren't qualified enough.
