Friendly colleagues. There is a lot to learn. Everyday work is challenging and interesting.

Dislikes

No appraisals since 2 years. No timely salary sometime skips a month. No new projects since 1.5 years . HR management is very bad and aggressive. Because of these scenarios over half of the company employees have been layoff. There is no job security. Some people work day and night with no recognition and some people getting awards for doing nothing. The company is in life support, if you want to join this company better search a stable company which guarantees you at least 2 years of work. This company offer you permanent employment but layoff even in 6-7 months, it does not matter how much effort you have given in ongoing projects project manager and admin never value your identity. There is a policy for 30min lunch break failure to do so will result in compliance. It is better to join a company who respect their employees.

...g manager is there. They have no more client and no more project. Rude Behavior. PF Deduct from salary but not fill on our account. Total zero level startup company. Suggestions to CEO: Close such Reduculas Company. Because you not able to deserve IT Company.

Still not received FNF settlement even after leaving company and it's more than 5 months. Will give negative rating for each and every answer. I would not give 1 Star rating also above. But there is no option available to to proceed without giving 1 Star to the WORST company ever i worked
