Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.

A good place to learn and an excellent place who want to start their career in IT. On-time salary.

Dislikes

1. a very minimal percentage of the hike. 2. Medical insurance only for employees and spouses not available for parents. 3. Don't expect special gifts at festivals they will not provide single gift voucher.

iOPEX technology have nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, also there is good support from sinors.

Dislikes

Worst food at canteen, Less salary compare to market standards, Technical support is worst and Management is poor.

Company environment and team is very good

...s are very good explaining things. Its very nice to work in this environment. Here i dnt like only one thing is there was no bonus or any compensations for company.

I like the management very well as they are so helpful and supportive and make me learn new things in this field.

The salary and the compensation benefits are little disatisfactory as per the current situation of an employee in IT field
