As a fresher you can start your career and definitely you will learn a lot and that will be much helpful for your career. The thing I admire most is you can switch your jobs based on your interests and talents and you will get full support for switching your career based on IJP interview which is really appreciated.

Dislikes

... promotions easily when compared to the employees who works here for long years. If we are ready to pay the same or at least a decent package to the employees who work here then there is no need to hire people from outside the market. I trust most of the employees who started a career here are more loyal and they deserve better.

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

Not ideal for experienced professionals. Salary remains similar to your previous company’s, even with a 40% increase. A 2 lakh fee applies if you leave within 18 months, including any applicable joining bonus. Employees may be placed under PIP without clear justification; the actual reason often being over-hiring. Follows a hire-and-fire culture.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.
