Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced.

Dislikes

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.

Likes

Work nature is good and there is no work pressure, Freshers can join if they don't have job or not yet get job. Company policy will not compactable for preson who needs to develop their skills and move.

Dislikes

...are good and kind persons. Training wise good but cannot expect that in project. Salary is very much low for one can sustaine their life. Also same as appraisal worst than I have ever heared. They are more concious to develop their ecosystem not considering employees career growth. Better for to get experience and move. This is preferable for freshers.

As a fresher you can start your career and definitely you will learn a lot and that will be much helpful for your career. The thing I admire most is you can switch your jobs based on your interests and talents and you will get full support for switching your career based on IJP interview which is really appreciated.

Dislikes

... promotions easily when compared to the employees who works here for long years. If we are ready to pay the same or at least a decent package to the employees who work here then there is no need to hire people from outside the market. I trust most of the employees who started a career here are more loyal and they deserve better.

I like the work culture. Glad to say that the way management treat the employee is pretty well.

Dislikes

Company has to focus on few of the Employee benefits like Early joining Bonus, Base location transfer claim and Parental Health Insurance. Also, Employee (Natural Death/Accidental) Insurance coverage amount is very less and looks not fair enough. Please prioritise on this as its a primary need of the Employee's famiy once respective employee "no more".

...t give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more
