About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. They will not removed for cost-cutting.

I like the culture and environment of company. Onething, no compensation that the only concern about this other than the system and work experience overload the life work and also the work to love.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage of the company is the compensation that they provide since they don't consider about the work experience, only preferred about the skills and knowledge that they have. They should see the employee experience. The compensation should be increased as per the employee work load and experience.

A good place to learn and an excellent place who want to start their career in IT. On-time salary.

Dislikes

1. a very minimal percentage of the hike. 2. Medical insurance only for employees and spouses not available for parents. 3. Don't expect special gifts at festivals they will not provide single gift voucher.

iOPEX technology have nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, also there is good support from sinors.

Dislikes

Worst food at canteen, Less salary compare to market standards, Technical support is worst and Management is poor.
