Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

Nothing good about the company.

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

...and also get the freedom to do. Because they'll say company will not like it. 5. Salary - you'll accept to something and you'll get something else (which will be low) each month. 6. Office politics - it's there everywhere, but it will be here in all the corners. You can't be you when you enter here! 7. Work Policy - No WFH option. Not even Hybrid option available. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here if they want to learn something and grow eventually at peace.

Infrastructure of the company is good. Interior is good.

...rking there for the past 3 years. 1. No job Security 2. No skill development 3. Salary hike very poor 4. Work culture is very bad Though you work there for many years your efforts are not recognized. Infact the HR team keep changing including all the higher authorities.

Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced.

Dislikes

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.
