Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.

Frankly speaking apart from salary no other activities or employee groming events. Good company of Tamilians and good for again tamilians.

No Job security, No growth. One has to fight for any pramotions even if you geninuenly perform well. Every year appraisal they bring up conditions so that employee can be stuck for again 6 months.

My Palo Alto project was good.

Without knowing us they sign bond for 2 years and if we want to leave company the we have to pay 2 lacks. It is very worst thing about this company. Job security is not there. Having so much Politics.
