Infrastructure of the company is good. Interior is good.

...rking there for the past 3 years. 1. No job Security 2. No skill development 3. Salary hike very poor 4. Work culture is very bad Though you work there for many years your efforts are not recognized. Infact the HR team keep changing including all the higher authorities.

Good Place for freshers where they can learn corporate culture and Learn from scratch

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.
