The organisation culture is good and is open to ideas and suggestions..People are supported by peers and superiors..Job security is high.

Dislikes

(1) Salary packages are very low compared to peer companies in industry. (2) Regular training to employees at definite intervals is missing. Mostly happens during induction as compulsory but later it is largely dependent on recommendation from seniors.
