Work culture is very bad. Manager and GM both are very partial. Upper management doesn't want Executives to grow in their professional careers. Attrition rate is high. They force experienced people to sign Bond.

Nothing like in this company.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, i have to work 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend manager calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not balidan individuals unique strengths

At my strtng f career tht waz owsm exprnc regarding only work related with electronics... I luv tht work... So many basic things I learned there...overall it's used for my knowledge growth.... Whz electronics luver those want learn more ND more from basic then should accept thz opportunity from inyantraaa ie ensofttt except much salary....
