Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing is there to be liked, the employees are unprofessional, with 0 basic ethics. The only person who is good enough is the Director of company. He's very nice, totally opposite of others..

Dislikes

... place to get frsutrated. Any person can work here like they have 0 skill check. people are working here with 0 salary just to sit on bench. they dont even know how to respect seniors. the hr s here feel they are bosses, their communication skill is 0. full of politics office.
