1. No wotk life balance. Need to work on mirnight and weekends even. 2. Bad behaviour of Seniors. 3. They said it is hybrid work model but it's 100% WFO 4. Travelling issue to reach office. No autos available to and from Ashar. This issue is not from Invoicemart but it is big issue and very frustrating to wait for auto, sometimes 1 hour. 5. No proper place to sit. They made partition on desk 3 people are sitting at place of two people's. Trust me, We can't move our chair also. 6. They don't care about employees.

Uplines not seen the hardworking of executive person.. 2 years I work with proper mind set now after this financial year .my mind set negative from Invoicemart. So that's why I quite the job

Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and explore ideas as long as you can pitch in how it will benefit the company. Seniors are supportive and guide you if you are genuinely working hard.

Location, traveling is a bit issue, not enough places of good food around office area.

There is no growth, Managers and seniors only play mind game and politics with their juniors or reportees. Management always make a pressurise environment and demands a job which is not possible anyhow.
