Vizru is a company which there is actually no rules, every individual is given equal respect and freedom on their own , we feel like working for ourselves. I've been working here for more than 1 1/2 years still there is no hard rules imposed on us. no juniors senior levels all are friendly even the leads too . work environment is awesome , no internal politics we are a family , there are employees working more than 5 years in here.
