Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No proper training is given for the work. The CEO of the company is a Dumb. The company have no policies. The management doesn't sticks to what the commit. There is lots of politics and Top management only thinks about their own profits, not for employees. My suggestion is who so ever is planning to join, plz don't join this company.

Poor work environment, no proper infrastructure, this is a "lala" company. No work life balance. Not a place to work.
