Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 4days compulsory work from offfice. Travelling. I recently joined Investec in their BKC office. Recently they have shifted office to Goregaon. Its very difficult to commute from central line. I don't what I am gonna do in monsoon.

Leaving this organisation within a Year. It's pathetic work Culture and the basic Human right , "Respect" that too is not provided. The UK team still micromanage Indian employees .The CEO also is the same and promotes the same 🙄 All I can say, if you care about your Physical , Mental and your Emotional being , Please Don't enter this Organization. Major Secret : "These people tempt you by offering International trips" don't fall in their trap because after that you are gonna regret and unfortunately lose your well being and majorly yourself . Health is Wealth. Hope this helps 🙏🏼
