Dislikes

4days compulsory work from offfice. Travelling. I recently joined Investec in their BKC office. Recently they have shifted office to Goregaon. Its very difficult to commute from central line. I don't what I am gonna do in monsoon.

Leaving this organisation within a Year. It's pathetic work Culture and the basic Human right , "Respect" that too is not provided. The UK team still micromanage Indian employees .The CEO also is the same and promotes the same 🙄 All I can say, if you care about your Physical , Mental and your Emotional being , Please Don't enter this Organization. Major Secret : "These people tempt you by offering International trips" don't fall in their trap because after that you are gonna regret and unfortunately lose your well being and majorly yourself . Health is Wealth. Hope this helps 🙏🏼

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
