We get to consistently maintain and upgrade our skills and knowledge as proper KT happens during the training. It helps a lot when we go on the floor with prior training. My performance get enhance. Training quality is right up there, very good I would say. Company with the desired work culture and interesting people.

Long hours of work you might have to do some of the time. But salary compensate it at least in my case. I don’t know about the others

Here the HRMS and biometric attendance system are integrated together. I think it has brought transparency in things, reduced complications, faster salary processing.
