...work culture. Management of this company is zero. Only teammates are supportive. Salary and growth depend on your images in front of managers it's not depend in your work. They not consider your work and effort.

They are taking good measures to sanitize the area and people working over there. No salary is paid since last 5 months. And there is no appropriate answer from HR regarding when the salary of working months will be paid.

We get to consistently maintain and upgrade our skills and knowledge as proper KT happens during the training. It helps a lot when we go on the floor with prior training. My performance get enhance. Training quality is right up there, very good I would say. Company with the desired work culture and interesting people.

Dislikes

Long hours of work you might have to do some of the time. But salary compensate it at least in my case. I don’t know about the others
